48h regulation for travelers from germany

Multiple german states (including Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg) have given exemptions to travel restrictions placed on tyrol due to corona warnings.

People who stay in risk areas – like tyrol – for less than 48 hours (and didn’t partake in any events – based on bavarian regulations) do not need to follow quarantine regulations or get a corona-test when traveling back to germany. This only applies in one direction – for people from germany who travel to tyrol and then back to germany.

Aside from Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg similar exemptions are in place in Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate, Schleswif-Holstein and the Saarland.
Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland have extended the period to 72 hours.
